If you wish, for the whole trip with us you’ll be accompanied by me; I also speak foreign languages, so you won’t have to worry if you don’t speak Italian.
the tutors for the cooking activities are Italian “Massaie” and expert housewives.
art, music, dance, yoga, gentle fitness etc. are run by selected local artists..
sports, hiking, etc. are led by me and by experts.
I don’t know how to cook, paint or make pottery: can I join the course?
Of course. Our expert tutors will quickly understand your level and adapt their approach accordingly. You can always tell us your experience level when you book; this will help our tutors make sure you get the most out of your lessons.
During the trip, how many different dishes will you teach us each day? Is there a minimum number of days needed to get the most from the cooking program? Can you make a list of what we would learn to cook in that time? Do you spend a lot of time in the kitchen?
based on our experience, in 7 days you can get to know daily life, food, wine and culture in Abruzzo, and enjoy a balanced mix of experiences, relaxation, adventure and learning.
for each culinary tour here you’ll also have the chance to practice a bit of dialect.
