Experiential activities
The dedicated page includes all activities. I can advise you and give you all the guidance for the experiences to enjoy. If you like, I can accompany you; I speak the dialect, Italian, and also foreign languages, so you won’t have to worry.
The tutors for the cooking activities are Abruzzo “housewives” and home cooks.
Ancient crafts, art, music, dance, yoga, meditation, gentle fitness, etc. are led by respected local artists, carefully selected.
Sports activities, excursions, etc. are followed by me together with expert guides.
I can’t cook, paint or do pottery, dance—can I join?
Absolutely. Our expert tutors will quickly understand your level of knowledge and adapt their approach accordingly. You can always tell us your experience level when you book; this will help our tutors make sure you get the most from your lessons.
How many different dishes will I learn? Is there a minimum number of days required to get the most benefit? Which dishes would we learn to cook?
You’ll get to know daily life, typical food, wine, the true culture of Abruzzo, and enjoy a balanced mix of experiences, relaxation, adventure and learning, with the chance to practice a little dialect, too. Above all, you’ll take part in local life and all the events on offer. The tutors will decide what and how, together with you.
